Accessing and Using the NuCams App on Your Mobile Device

Step 1: Open the App
Open the NuCams App: Locate and tap the NuCaMS app icon on your mobile device.



Step 2: Locate your Device Username
You will not have your own login details to the Nurse Call App. Instead, each device has its own account used to login to NuCaMS. 

Locate the login details located on the home screen of your device:


Search for the username in the drop-down list:


Step 3: Enter the Password
In the "Password" field, type:1234


Step 4: Log In
Tap the green button at the bottom of the screen to log in.

Step 5: Select Correct Groups
After logging in, you must select the groups relevant to your shift and facility.

Choose the specific floor you are working on

PLUS

Select groups with an asterisk (examples) (*):


Alert
You should always have a minimum of four groups selected!

You are now logged in and have selected your relevant groups. If you encounter any issues, please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.
