Troubleshooting

"I've watched your amazing video and read the instructions but it's not working!"
No problems here are some common troubleshooting tips to help you out!
- Ensure that you are not filling in the @cnh.com.au suffix to your login. It's common that logins do contain the suffix (i.e when logging into external websites) however, we have done the work for you and auto-filled this part!
- It's very easy to forget or accidentally hit the CAPS key. In the midst of typing your password, you can check this a few ways. If you own a Windows style keyboard, a light may be lit up next to the CAPS key. While typing in the password, it may briefly display a letter. which you can check whether it's an uppercase or not. Finally you can also go back a step to your login name and type in a character to see if it's uppercase or not.
