  1. Enter your email username: = [first].[last]@cnh.com.au
  2. Enter your Password: [*********]
  3. Insert your yubikey into the tablet and touch it with your finger.
  4. After first logging in, you will use your pin [******] to login for the rest of your shift on that device

Reset Your Password

If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to reset your password.

Try using a phrase with capital letters, numbers and symbols.
Ensure you meet our minimum password requirements when creating a password.
  1.        ilovebaths   =   iL0v3Bath$
  2.        cheesecoma   =   Ch33s3C0ma
  3.        DandDforlife   =   D&D4Lif3
These are example passwords only, please do not use them as your own password.

Setting Your Pin

If you are logging in for the first time on a device you have not used before you will be asked to set a 6 digit pin.

Troubleshooting

"I've watched your amazing video and read the instructions but it's not working!"
No problems here are some common troubleshooting tips to help you out!
  1. Ensure that you are not filling in the @cnh.com.au suffix to your login. It's common that logins do contain the suffix (i.e when logging into external websites) however, we have done the work for you and auto-filled this part!

  2. It's very easy to forget or accidentally hit the CAPS key. In the midst of typing your password, you can check this a few ways. If you own a Windows style keyboard, a light may be lit up next to the CAPS key. While typing in the password, it may briefly display a letter. which you can check whether it's an uppercase or not. Finally you can also go back a step to your login name and type in a character to see if it's uppercase or not.

  3. If you are truly stuck and cannot remember your password, you may refer to this article: How to Perform a Self Rest of a Password or contact the IT Helpdesk

  4. Remember that the password must contain at least 8 characters minimum, so please ensure the password you are typing has enough characters.

  5. It will also be required to contain a special character such as (!,@,#,$,%,&,) <- Examples of special characters.
